With over a decade of diverse experiences in the Tech industry, I bring a Communications and Public Relations focus through my Journalism and Media formal education. I have lived in 4 different countries, I speak 3 languages, and this has enriched me personally and professionally.

Trust & Safety External Engagements, GOOGLE (San Francisco and Switzerland)

2017 - Present

Since 2017, I have had different externally facing roles in Google, representing the work of Trust & Safety. Some of my activities below:

  • Community manager for the English and Spanish Webmasters Search Central support communities. Organized global conferences, coordinated speakers, agendas and educational webinars.

  • External education on Search and best practices externally.

  • Speaker at conferences in the USA, Mexico and Colombia.

  • End to end creation of policy education resources at scale to help the digital advertising ecosystem understand policies better and prevent revenue loss. This includes end to end multimedia content production, such as policy visuals and policy videos.

  • Ecosystem engagement through conferences, webinars and partner meetings, where I explained and clarified our policies.

  • Engagement with intersectional audiences

I currently work in the realm of content responsibility, where I coordinate events and manage programs that help explain Google's role in countering the spread of illegal and harmful content, educating policymakers, researchers, industry partners and regulators.

Brand Specialist, GOOGLE Dublin

2015 - 2017

  • Responsible for implementation, reporting, troubleshooting and client education for +500 YouTube reservation, programmatic and auction ads campaigns for large and small customers in EMEA across multiple industries.

  • POC between clients, media/creative agencies, sales and support to ensure flawless implementation, execution and delivery of YouTube Branding campaigns. Campaign optimization to ensure clients’ goals met. 

  • EMEA YouTube Kids pilot support point of contact; collaboration with Sales and Partnerships to drive product improvements.

  • YouTube Ads Policy advisor, providing training and support to the team in policy escalations.

  • Process documentation subject matter expert; project manager in the documentation updates. Creation, promotion and maintenance of the global team website.

  • Vendor relationships Manager for the ES market.

  • Design thinking and innovation sessions facilitator for +300 people.

Data Specialist, TWITTER/X Dublin

2013 - 2015

  • Social conversation data analysis on Twitter to understand trends for TV shows in Spain and France. Storytelling through data findings for TV Analytics, Sales and special events metrics, such as the Spanish Academy Awards (Premios Goya) in Spain.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with media partnerships and communications teams to amplify the impact of Twitter on TV. Study the trends on social media in these markets based on data analysis and presentations.

Content Reviewer, YouTube Dublin

2012 - 2013

​Content moderator for YouTube, handling reported content from the online community, as well as Legal claims, including defamation, impersonation, copyright and trademarks.

2009 - 2012

For over three years I worked in several news outlets in Spain: Las Provincias, Antena 3 and Televisión Española, producing my own reports and publishing them in regional and national newspapers and television channels. Here is a sample of my reports for the International News Desk at the Spanish Public Broadcaster, TVE.

During that time, I also had experience with Corporate Communications, volunteering in the Red Cross and working for Heineken Spain.
